ABOUT ILTA

International Law & Tax Association ( ILTA) is a Cyprus based non-governmental, not-profit making organization with an international dimension which aims in promoting and updating its members with information about different laws, rules and regulations, adopted by the countries of European Union, East European states, CIS, Asia, America, and other regions of the World, which impact on businesses worldwide.

 

ILTA is considered also to be a platform for discussions, presentations, practical seminars and conferences for professionals: lawyers, auditors, accountants and other specialists, dealing with legal and accounting services.

Due to the introduction of contemporary laws and financial regulations by the new EU member-states, as well as processes in different countries, in harmonizing their legislation in accordance with international standards set by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the International Law & Tax Association (ILTA) intends to become a real support for the specialists of these fields.

 

In order to meet the common goals of all concerned in the introduction of new rules and regulations with fairness and clarity , ILTA, with the help of its members, is ready to work out proposals, detailed explanations and written drafts to some important questions, directed to serve the interests of business people around the world. 

ILTA is prepared to support governmental bodies of different countries, in trying to stabilize the economic and financial situation and protect their businesses from unnecessary fluctuations.
